BHR Biosynex are looking forward to attending this event. POCT Managers and Co-ordinators will come together to share their challenges and discuss new ideas on how to integrate diagnostic services effectively outside of the hospital. The day will be packed full of expert presentations, case study sharing and unique networking. This NHS event enables attendees to benchmark and plan for the future with like-minded colleagues from across the country.

Discussions on the day will focus on how to enhance POCT services, new ways to improve connectivity and solutions to struggles that are being faced when trying to navigate POCT in the community. Key learning outcomes include:

  •  How to connect, establish and deliver from community diagnostics centres
  •  New strategies to build a connected virtual ward service
  •  Working with stakeholders to enable standardised POCT outside of the hospital
  •  Developing standardised care for patients in the community

  •  Tackling the obstacles to meet new UKAS standards
